- How many subjects should a student take at A Level?
- Most students take three A Level subjects, with some adding a fourth AS subject. Three strong grades meet the entry requirements of the vast majority of universities in Kenya, the UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia. Our advisers help students choose a combination that matches their intended degree.
- What is the difference between Cambridge A Level and Edexcel International A Level?
- Cambridge A Level is typically assessed at the end of the course, while Edexcel International A Level is modular, so students can bank unit grades across sessions. Both are equally recognised by universities. Modular assessment often suits students who prefer to spread the examination load.
- What are the entry requirements for A Level?
- We usually look for at least five IGCSE or International GCSE passes at grade C/4 or above, including the subjects a student intends to continue. Where a student narrowly misses a requirement, we may offer a bridging plan before the course begins.
- Do you provide university and UCAS application support?
- Yes. Students receive UCAS timeline planning, personal statement coaching, teacher references, predicted grades, and guidance on scholarships and applications to universities outside the UK.
- Where are A Level examinations sat?
- Final examinations are taken at accredited Cambridge or Pearson Edexcel centres in Kenya, or at a centre in your country of residence. We register students, track deadlines, and confirm venues with families well in advance.
