We collect the information families choose to share with us when enquiring or enrolling: student and parent names, contact details, previous school reports, and programme preferences. Our website itself does not host an enquiry form; enquiries reach us by telephone or WhatsApp.
Information is used to respond to admissions enquiries, assess academic placement, deliver teaching and assessment, report on progress, and communicate with parents or guardians about their child's education.
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with our teaching and admissions staff, and with examination boards or accredited examination centres where required to register a student for examinations.
Academic records are retained for as long as needed to support a student's education and to issue references or transcripts afterwards. Enquiry records are retained for a reasonable period and then deleted.
Parents and students may request access to the personal information we hold, ask for corrections, or request deletion where we are not required to retain it. Contact us to make a request.
